Middle School Player Enrollment Process

Players do not have to complete this enrollment process prior to the first session. Detailed information and forms will be available at each session and volunteers will be available to answer questions from parents and players.

1. Each player must enroll on line with the Smoky Mountain Athletic Club - SMAC Enrollment

2. Each player must also enroll on line with USA Rugby - USA Rugby Enrollment
    Note that you must register as a member of the Smoky Mountain Athletic Club - not under your school's name.

3. Each player must complete and submit a Player Participation Agreement to a coach at practice

4. Each player is required to submit a player fee to SMAC ($25) payable at practice by cash or check to     your coach or other volunteer responsible for paperwork.
