Teams Again Participates in Fundraising Opportunity with Youth Football
The area rugby clubs have
once again received a wonderful fundraising opportunity
from the Knox County Parks and Recreations Department.
For up to 10 weeks, area rugby teams will staff the two
concession stands at John Tarleton Park and Schumpert Park during the fall
youth football season.
Each
club should have up to 12 volunteers available including three
coaches and/or parent volunteers to lead the effort.
Volunteers must be on location by 5:00 PM each day- Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (AM). Stands will close down
at halftime of the final game meaning you'll be cleaned
up and done by 9:00 or so during the week. Saturday hours will be 8:00 until around noon.
