Player Enrollment Process

Enrollment: Each player must enroll on line with the Tennessee Rugby Association prior to particpation. Parents should begin the enrollment process by going to www.trarugby.org and following the instructions found there. Fees can either be paid at the time of enrollment or can be paid directly to the coach.

Fees: Player participation fee for 2011/2012 is $90.

• $ 38 for the TRA state enrollment fee
• $ 52 for the Smoky Mountain Conference fee

Your team may also have additional team fees and uniform assessments that may be required.

Players of official school teams/clubs are eligible for a partial fee waiver if they are in the No Child Left Behind program (reduced / free lunch list). Players eligible for reduced fee should confirm TRA enrollment with the head coach of their team. Player should still enroll on line but the coaches will be required to collect fees from qualifying students because the state enrollment system isn't set up to offer the discounted rate.
